At ClickBits, we understand that sometimes plans change. That’s why we offer a simple and fair cancellation policy for our customers in India.
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, or before it is shipped (whichever is earlier).
Once the order is packed or handed over to the courier, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, you may refuse the delivery and request a return as per our Refund & Return Policy.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, repeated cancellations or refusal of delivery may result in account restrictions to prevent misuse.
